Delete Your Jaweb Account

You can delete your account directly inside the Jaweb app at any time:

1. Open the Jaweb app and sign in.
2. Go to your Profile page.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog.

Your account and the data listed below are deleted immediately. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by e-mail. Write to noreply@jawebapp.org from the e-mail address linked to your Jaweb account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• your account profile (e-mail address, username, display name, avatar);
• your sign-in identity in our authentication system;
• scores, points, statistics and game history;
• achievements, answer streaks and power-up inventory;
• friend connections, duels and leaderboard entries;
• purchased content-pack unlock records.

• Crash and diagnostics reports (no account link after deletion) are automatically removed after at most 90 days.
• Purchase records held by Apple or Google are managed by the respective store under their own policies; we do not control or store your payment details.
• Anonymized multiplayer history: finished tournament brackets may retain the entry "Deleted player" with no link to you.
• Local data on your device (offline settings and scores stored only on your phone) is removed when you uninstall the app.
